GoDaddy Integrates Twitter Domain Name Check

I needed to point a domain to a new website I am developing, so I logged in to my GoDaddy account and noticed something very interesting on my domain manager screen.  There was a little blue Twitter button to the right. Huh? Is GoDaddy an affiliate of Twitter Or is Twitter paying GoDaddy?
